 RETURN POLICY & INFORMATION

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days from time of purchase or receipt of product, whichever is greater, providing there is a manufacturing flaw. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase or receipt of product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All products are covered under our limited lifetime guarantee and are eligible for an exchange only, once the 30 day policy has expired. 

If you are returning a product to us because the wrong size was ordered or item does not fit, and it does not have a manufacturing flaw, we offer a 15 day return or exchange policy from time of purchase, or receipt of product, whichever is greater. You will be responsible for paying the freight cost. If it is an exchange for a different product, you will be responsible for paying the freight cost of the returned item and new item shipped to you. If there is a refund requested, and the refund is approved, and there is no manufacturing flaw, then there will be a restocking fee, to be determined at the time of refund approval.

We will only refund products purchased directly from us over the phone, or off of our web site. If you purchased one of our products from an authorized dealer, please contact them and follow their return policy guidelines.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging box or we will not be able to refund the product.

Some items are not eligible for a refund, such as gift cards, close outs, or special sale products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to an authorized retail dealer if you purchased it directly from us as they will not be able to process the return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Your customer service agent will advise you of this situation if it applies.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded and will be sent back to you the customer.

Any product that is set up for a return and not received by us within a 15 day period will be refused and sent back to you with no further eligibility for a refund.

Returns and refunds are subject to final approval.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account.
Second, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Third, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@quadragear.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case then please see our Warranty section for details on our product warranty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@quadragear.com and send your item to: 1102 Holman Ct. Ste. 103 Caldwell, Idaho 83605.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
